We assume no responsibility for any technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, virus, bug, tampering, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of this Site, or any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to participation or down-loading of any material from this Site.
Modifying the Services
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the services available on the Site, or delete, modify or supplement the contents of the Site including these Conditions, at any time without notice.
It is your responsibility to monitor amended Conditions. All changes to the Conditions are effective from the date of posting the revised Conditions on this Site and the updated version will immediately supersede any prior version.

If any provision of the Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Conditions that will continue to have full force and effect.
